BC Lions-- Salute to the Vetran's Game
Okay, so tomorrow [Friday] I go to Cadets like it was a normal night, we play sports, etc. We sleep over in the Armoury, and then wake up the next day, at like 7 am or something, eat breakfast, and load onto the bus that will take us to Vancouver. After we arrive at Vancouver, we will be going to Science World! OH JOYZ!! -bows down- Its not that exciting...but its better than nothing, right? Anywho, after Science World, we have bagged lunch outside under the nice hot sun [if we're lucky] and for dinner, we'll be going to a very snazzy resturant!! [All expenses paid!!]
After, my entire Cadet corps will be dressing into our uniforms, and a bus will drive us to BC Place Stadium. Before the game starts, us cadets [theres not only us, but other corps there, too!] will march onto the field, and just...march around O_O We'll be in the middle in one big group, and on the side of us will be Vetrans who will be driving in fancy old cars [and I might have a chance to drive in one of them!!] And then I guess we just wait until half time, and march on again. Though, this time is different. All the cadets and Vetrans will be holding a HUGE Canadian flag that covers the entire field. Yep, pretty cool, eh?
And then we stay and watch the rest of ze game. Since we'll be missing the ferry to Victoria, we're going to have to take the one that goes all the way to Nanaimo, and there, a bus will pick us up, and drive us into Victoria. And since we'll be getting home at like 3 in the morning, we get to spend ANOTHER night in the armouries...Greaaaattt
And then the next day our parents pick us up at like 10 am...DID I MENTION WE'RE GOING TO BE ON TELEVISION??!!! =O
